The Cards on the Table
Stella Artois needed a cohesive, “always-on” merchandise collection aligned with its multicultural streetwear sensibility—pieces that feel premium yet accessible, stylish without being loud.
How I Played Them
Partnering with the merchandise team at Anheuser-Busch, I helped create a Spring Capsule Collection for the Stella Artois brand. The top performing pieces included: a black tee, a black bucket hat, a cream crewneck. A black tee with a minimalist design featuring the Stella logo, embroidered horizontally for a clean and elevated aesthetic; a black bucket hat with a sleek silhouette accented with a metallic gold patch displaying the Stella wordmark—subtly luxe and street-ready; and a cream crewneck with a soft neutral base featuring a repeated Stella logo pattern, paired with a tone-on-tone embroidered star—classic, warm, and refined. Each piece was designed to feel timeless, not trend-dependent—a wardrobe staple with an elevated twist that respects Stella’s brand heritage. This merchandise collection bridges polished elegance with street-level energy. It’s thoughtfully branded—not over-branded—a capsule that feels wearable, empathetic, and confidently stylish.

Nicole is a creative recruiter who is searching for the top creative talent to be placed into her open creative roles. She has noticed there has been a lack of interest of people accepting on-site positions. People do not want to relocate and the local market is scarce. Sifting through Linkedin and Indeed is overwhelming.
Zach is a senior creative with a ton of experience in a variety of creative fields. Zach has a lot to offer creatively, but the top jobs require on-site attendance and he is unable to relocate to a large city because his family needs him to be close. He is available to travel, but needs to be based in his hometown.
